The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella and undercooked potata bravas and squid. Overall the total impression was not good.

Cannot say enough about this resort. It is over the top CLEAN and everyone from the grounds keeper to the managers are super friendly. It was our anniversary so they even went above to make our stay super special. The pools were super clean. The beach was nice and they had so much seating in the beach area.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. Staff was great and accommodated our needs well. We did have an issue with a leak in the ceiling but we were able to move rooms with no problems. They were very nice about the issue we had. My ONLY complaint would be resteraunt wait times were kinda long on days where only a few resteraunts were open. Not a huge deal just have to plan accordingly. All pools were cleaned daily by staff members.

We had the most amazing anniversary trip to ERC! We cannot recommend this resort enough. From the beautiful beach to the pools and lazy river to the numerous dining options with incredible variety! But one of the best things about this resort was the staff! Very one was incredibly friendly and treated us like family. You can never be bored at this resort with all the activities going on during the day. We recommend the bike tour with the entertainment staff, tennis and/or pickleball with the amazing tennis pro, Alex, or any of the pool/beach activities! We loved playing volleyball and cards with guests and staff, thanks to Erick for all the fun! We will be back. We so enjoyed meeting everyone at the resort and entertainment every night. You cannot go wrong with a trip spent here.

This place was amazing. From the moment you walk in, you are treated like royalty. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. It is clean. The food is delicious and has many options to choose from. This is an amazing property with kind and such amazing workers present. Though our personal experience with the food was not great, as a couple of the restaurants left my friends and I unwell, we’re not sure if that’s due to what we’re used to in Canada or just our bodies not handling it very well. That aside, everything else was just amazing. So many fun things to do and nice beach and plenty of seating.
