This place was definitely overpriced for what it was. And please don't look at the mattresses, because ours were Brown.

Gross and overpriced
Overall room 205 was disgusting! There was mildew and tracings on the bed skirt, mildew on lamp shades, dust and filth in the floor, human pubic hair in shower and floor of bathroom, and mold in shower. The bed itself was old and uncomfortable (spring mattress). One of the lamps had a broken light bulb in it.

Don’t stay here
Where to start first floor room bathroom had dead bug on floor the chair in room was stained and dirty. The window sill was dirty and curtains had holes and hanging off rail. The dust behind the bedside cabinet was gross and a plastic bottle. I could go on no point in complaining as the place was dirty even the drink fountain was not good. The hotel looks good from outside and the pictures on website looked good but inside told another story. There are lots of lovely hotels closer the the town, I always used this hotel chain but never again.

Not worth it
Too expensive for what they offered.tub was dirty and the toilet with stained. Was 8:45am and breakfast area was running out of bread,bagels, eggs ,milk. People waiting. We have to wait for a while. The tables wasn’t clean and the trash can were so full that I couldn’t even throw away my trash.

Breakfast area was not well kept or clean. Staff was hard to find when needed. Bathroom in room was not properly cleaned. Hair in sink, floor dirty, tub not fully cleaned. Both mirrors in room were dirty. Inadequate outlets in room. Threadbare sheets.

Booked. Arrived. Ended up booking the wrong date, the next day instead of the night of arrival. Asked for refund. Hotels.com says they can’t contact the manager to get the refund. Spoke to hotel itself and they said no one ever contacted them for a refund. So what is this broken phone we playing here? No one knows anything but I’m the end of stick. Yes made a mistake and booked wrong date but what’s with not refunding?

Vacation stained by likewise room.
Holes in both blankets, bath Mat. Tub had yellow stains, crude repair around over flow. Lamp had flaking paint & carpet was filthy out of the flow pattern. And this was an upgrade from our initial room that had a noisy & inoperable heater.
