位置非常好，空调需要检修
房间很大，而且有三角浴缸。房间里空调制冷能力太差，而且经常跳闸，晚上完全不能用。但是地段非常好，出门就是地铁站。走到城堡上面，查理大桥或者老城广场都在20分钟以内。所有景点基本用走的就都到了。

Long weekend in Prague
Firstly we were given the wrong room against what we we promised. the following day we were put into the room we requested however the heating was hardly on and remained that way for the duration of our stay. On the Saturday we had no hot water to shower with and over the weekend we had no housekeeping to clean our room.

I had an excellent stay at Klarinn Hotel, which is in a prime location—walking distance from Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, and the Old Town. The hotel is on a quiet street near the river and a tram stop, providing a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere away from noisy bars or restaurants. We stayed in a spacious standard double room on the 4th floor with a large bathroom, including a bidet. While the slanted ceiling windows didn’t offer much of a view, the room was comfortable. Some areas, like the bedding and decor, could use a refresh, as the hotel has an older feel. However, this adds to its old-world charm. The reception isn’t staffed 24/7, but the team was friendly and helpful, especially Patrick, who made our stay even better. There was only lukewarm water on the first night, but it was hot on the other two nights. The towels were clean but well-used, and a couple of extra pillows would have been nice. The room had a small fridge and seating area, which added to its comfort. While I didn’t try the breakfast, I found the restaurant staff friendly. Overall, it’s a great base for exploring Prague, especially with the amazing deal I got for the stay. My suggestion would be for the hotel to consider reclassifying itself as a 3-star, so guests have realistic expectations and are pleasantly surprised. I’d definitely stay again if I found another great deal!

Reception was there in odd hours At night no answer when called. I left my passport on the room and could not get anyone to answer the phone if it wasn’t for a guest leaving I would have missed my flight. The bed is uncomfortable and the pillows are like from the 1930’s I won’t be staying here agaib

Great staff and location
Great and helpfull staff and the hotel was in an awesome area - central, yet shielded from the worst tourist crowds. It held the standard of a three star hotel, both in good and bad terms. Not a super bed, but all in all OK for a few days.

Dårlig oplevelse
Vi havde en dårlig oplevelse på dette hotel. Beliggenheden kan vi ikke klage over - hotellet ligger super godt. Vi havde valgt 3 overnatninger, men ingen af dagene havde vi varmt vand i bruseren, hvorfor vi måtte bade i koldt vand hver dag. Vi sagde det til receptionisten, men han begrundede det med at der bor mange på hotellet, så hvis alle bader samme tid, så er der ikke mere varmt vand tilbage. Vi har badet forskellige tidspunkter hver dag - nogle dage efter midnat og den sidste dag badede vi kl. 04 om natten, da vi skulle tidligt afsted til næste destination - og også her var der iskoldt vand… Derudover blev vi mødt af en forfærdelig lugt af sved hver dag vi trådte ind på hotellet.

Pay a bit more and get a better place
It's cheap. Air conditon worked. Beds were ok, but... Stains on the sheets, when we arrived. Cold water in the bath - only bathtub, no shower. TV - did'nt work Phone - didn't work. Ants in the room. One window broken. Carpet with dirt from a few decades. Receptionist casually rolled a cigarette at the disk, when we checked out. Best: It's cheap. Air conditon worked. Beds were ok. Would not go there again.
