I was here for convenience to airport. It's not a great area. I was satisfied with the hotel, but without fitness, laundry, & only cereal for breakfast - no waffles, donuts, toast, oatmeal or cream of wheat packets...it should be at least $10 less. But it was clean & comfortable. That's important. Everyone was nice

Excellent stay
I read reviews prior to stay and thought to myself, this place has to be great because the only complaint I read about was the breakfast options. I don't understand how someone can complain about free breakfast. It's really silly in my opinion. Breakfast is not a requirement and it's generous of them considering the nightly rate. This hotel offers a welcoming environment. The parking lot is brightly lit and the landscaping and grounds are kept well. The person at the desk checked us in quickly and was super friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning was cold and bed comfortable. There was a microwave and small refrigerator. We lacked nothing! We have never had such great accommodations at this price point and we have stayed at the most high end hotels. Recently, we have to live more frugally because my husband is undergoing cancer treatment at MDA. We must return often and plan to stay here for future appointments. We are so pleased that this place offers such a great price point. Just know that ya'll are doing good stuff for folks like us. Thank you!

UNNERVING EXPERIENCE
I stayed at this hotel mainly because of the close proximity to the airport. The hotel was quiet, check-in was a breeze and the room appeared to be "refurbished". THERE IS NO SAFE IN THE ROOM, so I took ALL my valuables with me and I advise you to do the same. I was given room 116 and I IMMEDIATELY noticed that the door didn't automatically close shut like most hotel doors do. I had to pull it and ensure it was closed. When I left the room for the day I put the "do not disturb" magnet on the door because I didn't want anyone entering the room and I pulled it to ensure it was closed. When I arrived back to the room that evening the magnet was removed from the door. The door wasn't fully closed and it appeared someone had been in the room, but no maid service had been performed. My bag, toiletries and change of clothes were still there, but I wonder if I left something of value would it still have been there? It was unnerving. I wouldn't stay here again.

Check in was ok. Website said they had shuttle service to the airport,THEY DON'T!! Ended up costing me $50 for a 2 minute ride to the airport. Will not stay there again
