Try another place
this place at one time was probably nice , but it's been sold many times and the rumors is that the newest owners are going to convert it into an all inclusive. The place really needs to be updated our room was just OK BUT WE HAD TO CALL FOR THE BATHROOM SINK AND FAUCETS TO BE REPAIRED THEY REPLACE THEM BUT THEN HAD TO COME BACK AND FIX IT AGAIN. the shower door does not close tight and like other hotels in PVR their A/C cools but does not dehumidfy so your bathing suits will stay wet for days, the TV has many US and Canadian Stations but the reception is spotty and eratic , you can see major repairs are necessary that may occur with the new owners but it could be a few years before that happens, I would not recommend this hotel for right now .

Very spacious and good price!
Great hotel, service and food.. Very reasonable price for rooms which are huge (grand suite). It's an older hotel, think was alot of time shares or so the.. But it's still a great spacious place to stay.. The grand suite has balconies, and 2 jacuzzis. Very limited room service after 10pm, which is OK for us. Overall very satisfied, wouid stay again.

Hermoso y agradable lugar
Nos encanto! Bien cuidado, hermosos jardines, albercas limpias y deliciosa el agua, camastros muy comodos. Excelente servicio! El unico inconveniente es que hubo mucho ruido en los alrededores de nuestra habitacion (podadora de pasto, reparaciones de albañileria)

club Regina passed it's time
we stayed 7 nights. the facility is times share unit place that rents rooms. at 30 years old it is not in good condition. plumbing, floor grout etc need to be replaced. the location was excellent for us. the grounds were well maintained.

Overpriced for quality of comfort
Club Regina employees were top notch! Super helpful and so kind. The resort needs work to gain a better rating from us. First you walk in for check in and you are charged an $18/day for internet and activity. So $180 over our $250/day rate with fees and taxes for a King bedroom and very uncomfortable sofa couch to sleep on. So four of us had a room overlooking the marina, not ocean view. Not a bad view but we asked for ocean view. Internet is free in Mexico and the activities for us was a joke. The mini golf wasn’t set up, only a pool set up kit. Corn hole was the same. Ping pong was 3 paddles that needed help and a lopsided ball. Only set up occasionally. I guess that’s what the extra charge was for. The refrigerator had to be turned all the way up to cool off the beer and our lettuce only lasted a couple days because it only kept things cool. Nice usable kitchen. We took a taxi to Walmart for water and food for the stay. We shopped at Oxxo (7/11) for small purchases. The resort market was super pricey! Prices weren’t marked on items. A fish taco at the pool restaurant was a piece of breaded fish with a tortilla wrapped around it. Cole slaw could be used to put around it. The food was overpriced and poor quality except for the marlin burrito. We loved the food and prices across the street at a Mexican restaurant named Callejun. Excellent service, food and prices. Way cheaper and food was so good we ate 5 meals there. People in PV are so kind and friendly resort too.

Bueno acercándose a malo
Es un hotel que tradicionalmente visitamos. Lamentablemente este año el mantenimiento dejó muchísimo que desear. Áreas cerradas, agua goteando en baños, colchones sin firmeza, cafetería funcionando con irregularidad, y un servicio en restaurante y bares deplorable. No están entendiendo que el cliente es el foco de atención y no la venta de tiempos compartidos.

Execelente estancia para disfrutar un descanso.
Es un lugar para descansar, cumple con mis espectativas, no es concurrido y como no es todo incluido, los restaurantes están siempre despejados, también puedes comprar en los centros comerciales tus alimentos y cocinarlos tu mismo, porque cuenta con cocina con todo para poder preparar tus alimentos, refrigerador, plancha, secadora de pelo, etc. Los camastros de playa y de alberca, normalmente tienen disponibilidad.

In the last 35 years, we have stayed at mini resorts in Puerto Vallarta. Club Regina outshines all of them, including the pretentious and stuffy Vidanta. The resort is beautiful. The staff is top notch in the rooms are as close to home as you can get on the West Coast.

My 3rd stay here and love the place….staff are beyond friendly…..food excellent….entertainment staff are awesome……kudos to Rosa…Job…And Antonio…..also our favourite waiter Marco……planning our next trip there…..place could use a few updates but will not stop me from coming back
