High unsatisfied and very disappointed
The first room they gave me was 1 bed instead of 2, the second room- the door didn’t seal, the bathroom door stuck and my child panicked because she couldn’t get out, the lampshade has rust and mold on them, there was a dead bug in the bed my daughter slept in and a black smear on her sheets. The beds themselves were extremely hard. The room didn’t smell clean. We also didn’t have an ice bucket that I could find. The electric outlets behind the bedside table didn’t work and were worn down. One outlet in the bathroom had an electrical prong stuck in it, rendering it useless. The price was low, however that doesn’t make up for the condition of the room. There were signs saying the facility was under construction, but even with that, the condition of the room was unacceptable. I am so disappointed.

Decent motel for the price they’re charging for the room. However, I don’t like that I was charged a resort fee for each night, when the water park wasn’t even open because of the cold temperatures. Mattresses were very firm and not very comfortable and housekeeping did not come during our two night stay. Overall, it was cheap and the perfect location for any events at silver spurs.

Not impressed
We were here for the cheerfest in Kissimmee and do not think we will be back to this hotel in the future. The bathroom had hair shavings all over the tub, there was what i assume is old chewing gum up by the shower rod, the pressure of the water was like showering in drips of water. There was old trash ( empty pack of rolling papers) up on top of mirror, also a plastic bag was over the smoke detector, not very safe.Cleanliness was definitely an issue alot of things looked over for sure. And the pillows are hard and not comfortable for sleep at all, very hard to get a good nights rest. Overall out of 5 stars I dont think id even rate a 1 with all the things we witnessed and for the price we paid.

We stayed here because it advertises a heated pool, hot tub, and a water park opened year round. However none of the three were opened. Essentially this was a dirty motel that charged a large resort fee for absolutely no amenities. Additionally the room was absolutely filthy with cobwebs and layers upon layers of dirt and bugs.

Content.
I was not happy that I was wrongfully charged on my card more than the stated deposit amount which made it hard to do anything with my kids. Seeing as I’m a single father. And they did take responsibility but all the where able to do was give me my money back in 2-3 business days. I don’t understand how I was wrongfully charged and that’s all that was done. Other than that we did the best with what we had just appreciated I at least had coffee and towels when I asked for them.

Rooms were never touched in the 3 days we stayed there ? No beds were made, no checking to see if we needed anything. No hot water one morning due to pipe breaking. No phone calls to room to let us know. Check in was good, not sure why we were put on second floor when first floors rooms were available and hotel was basically empty

They call it a resort, I call it a last resort…
This place was nice, back in the 60’s when it was new. Now it’s a run down dump with a fresh coat of paint on the outside. So here’s the pro’s and con’s. Pro, if you need a cheap crash pad, meaning you need a place to sleep and shower, it passes that test. Clean isn’t a word that comes to mind, so you are sleeping and showering in a filthy room, but I have to admit, the bed in my room was comfortable. Also the Keurig was a nice touch. But I had bugs, dirt, and a backed up toilet during my 3 night stay. It’s cheap, I will give it that, but even being cheap I’m not sure you get what you pay for.

The front desk staff was very nice and courteous and helpful with my students. Very unfortunate the pool was not heated due to heater being broken and unfortunately the water park closed early 6pm wish stayed open later hrs.

Property is tired, but clean and well kept.
Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was perfectly friendly. Property is old and tired, but clean. Rooms were clean, pool area seemed clean and in order. I think it is well cared for, just old. Property was recently bought by Ramada, so they are in the process of updating, so I expect this will improve. Although prices may increase accordingly. Restaurant/Bar leave much to be desired. Options were slim at the bar, but we didn't expect much. There is also a very small shop with some snack and drink amenities. My husband went down one morning to get coffee from the restaurant, but they "didn't have to-go cups." *I* would have asked them to grab some of the disposable cups like they have in the room, but that didn't happen so I don't know if they would have been helpful or not. It was a cool week in Jan, so the pool was closed, but I would imagine this would be a great spot for families with kids. The water park, etc. seemed well kept. The Tiki Bar was closed, but it was cute and I can imagine it would be a good summer spot. My only "complaint," is that they don't service the rooms each day. I'm not one who needs daily room tidying, but by day 3 the trash was beyond full and we would have needed fresh towels. I assume we could have requested service, but we were checking out that day. Overall, I think its a decent property for the price. Good for budget-friendly families and travelers.

Worst hotel ecer
This was absolutely the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. It was old and very dirty and nothing worked, including the tv. They called this place a resort with a water park, the so called water park was closed. But they still tried to change me a resort fee. Completely ridiculous. Stay away from thai hotel and don’t waste your money

Older hotel in the process of being refurbished
This is an older hotel that has been purchased by Ramadan and they are in the process of refurbishing it. So it's looking quite nice but isn't quite done. It does have a large pool area, billed as a water park, which would be fun for kids, but we didn't have time to check it out

They were in middle of ownship change and remodeling. The beds were new and rooms were decent. Staff was friendly. Most of staff in restaurant/bars not bilingual. Waterpark was a bit smaller than expected and old compaired to pictures. Lots of courtyard games for kids. And heater in pools was broke so a bit chilly for our December visit. Overall not terrible. But hopefully they can get somethings fixed with their new ownership.
