This Hotel is an embarrassment to Hilton
The rooms were very tired and run down and in need of renovation. Carpets did not look as if they’d been vacuumed or shampooed in a very long time. Hotel was poorly maintained. We had to switch rooms and in both cases the door knobs did not work (the entire handle came off as it was not screwed on and the other was non functional and would not unlock for entry in to the room). Some of the gates around the perimeter did not lock causing poor overnight security. The A/C fan was inoperable and the fan did not turn on when needed. Pre stay arrangements were made and upon arrival we waited over 2 hours at night as the promised room was not available. The rates we were quoted and billed with a third party was not billed properly upon checkout. This entire stay was a total embarrassment to the Hilton Brand.

Hotel is terrible!
My experience at this hotel was terrible, the worst stay of my life. The room is awful, with disgusting issues in the bathroom, and the staff is rude and inefficient. At check-in, I was promised that I would be transferred to the room I had booked on Hotels.com, but no one followed up, and no assistance was provided. Additionally, there are discrepancies between the fees listed on the website and those charged by the hotel. I am traveling with my pregnant wife and pets, after a 10-hour drive, seeking comfort for my family, but the experience ruined our trip. None of the promises were fulfilled.

Check in was awful. Took over 2 hours. Hotel was great as usual, but the front desk was terrible this time. Had to have my key redone 4 times. Twice it took more than 20 minutes to get it done.

Coming back for more!
The rooms were spacious, and comfrotable. The hotel has disney photo ops and props kids loved seeing them. The breakfast, was good had eggs, bacon, sausage, mickey waffles were all great the ONLY thing was the breakfast potatoes they were no TV throughly cooked, some were still raw (hard potato in side) or soggy n seasoning washed off due to condensation, even brand new batches! Ive worked n restaurants n get gettin into the weeds but its better to wait and enjoy then rush and dislike! The valet was only couple bucks more then the regular parking and makes it easier then having to find a spot so that was a plus! The shower was nice and hot, they provide cleaning products (forgot our shampoo) so that worked out fantastic. Its closer to disney but also not to far from Universal well. We've used this hotel in the past and is becoming our go-to for its price and the breakfast, you cant beat it, in-fact we enjoy the stays so much we have rebooked for a funeral in jan.

Two things to note - There is no free shuttle between the airport and hotel. Take an Uber to and from Disney - skip the shuttle, it's too limited on times. Other than that - Stay was great!!!

The check in was past 5pm!!. Pool heater was broken, ice machines all broken, room was very dirty.

They didnt have the room i paid for amd the one they gave me was one with a sofa bed in which the floor was more comfortable than the sofa bed Terrible woke up more tired and needing a massage

Terrible stay!
I’m very disappointed by this stay, when we chose the hotel we felt confident that we selected the right place because of such great photos and reviews. Once we checked in, we saw that this place was very dirty and outdated but we understood. Once we made it to the room at 9:00 pm. Our room had no AC working, the room had stains in the curtains, the furniture was very old and the carpet also with stains, sofabed very overused and had ripped sheets. Overall the hotel looked not clean like a hotel that is rated 4 stars. I got stacked in the elevator while going to the lobby after hearing that the AC had the water off. I needed my wife and babies to get ready for bed and rest after a busy day. After waiting like 40 minutes, I asked to be changed to another room, but they didn't offer me that option. The next day, I also had to wait for an elevator for 20 min because they didn't work. How this can happen in a hotel rated as a resort with extra fees and where kids go alone to the elevators? Staff were understanding because you can't hide that there are a lot of things not working with this property. I know that the hotel needs an upgrade but it is not an excuse to sell a room dirty, with no AC, and also charge parking and resort fees.
I expected better!

Check in was good and the free breakfast was great with Mickey waffles and an omelette station. However our room was not. First room the bedframe was broken we spoke to management and he was very kind and switched our room right away. The second room outlets had glue holding together cracks totally unsafe, missing a shower curtain, poor draining of sinks and toilet not flushing well. Overall not the best quality
