Just okay!
The first room we were in had mold visible on the ceiling and it smelled of mold immediately when you walk in. We were moved to another room where the heat didn’t work so we froze until maintenance came to fix it. The shower and sink water had a strong chemical bleach smell which made me uncomfortable but I had to shower of course. Guest services was accommodating and I appreciated the free parking. I don’t think i’d ever go back to that hotel though because I usually travel with my young child and It’s a hassle when I have to switch rooms or deal with problems back to back.

Excellent
Front desk staff are not friendly, but ignore that part because otherwise, I found this hotel to be a great stay! Location is close to the interstate, the mall and lots of places to eat. The rooms are updated, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good too!

When checking in, the young lady in duty didn't greet me nor did she give me proper instructions regarding the parking and elevators. The room was handicap accessible which I didn't request. The toilet didn't flush properly and the bathroom sink was clogged. It also had a musty smell throughout my stay.

Staff were unwelcoming
My check in was very unwelcoming. The front desk staff neither greeted me or looked up from her keyboard. The only thing she was give me a few minutes. There was no line and no one else around and she was not on the phone. Once she was done typing she answered a call and then said name? I have my name she told me to insert my card and then handed me the key cards and pointed to the direction of the elevator. She did not tell me my floor or room number. I honestly have never experienced such an unwelcoming check in. I've worked in hotels for over 15 years and have never seen anyone check in a guest in this matter. It's a shame because it's a beautiful hotel but the staff seemed to be very bothered as if we were interrupting them at almost every encounter. I won't be back for that reason alone

Couple of night stay in Atlanta.
Overall it’s a good value for the money if you can get the rooms for less than $130 a night. I think breakfast is by default included in your stay but if you miss it by 10am you are out of luck. There is no restaurant or in-room dining option. This is the biggest negative in my opinion. I have never seen a hotel of such famous chains not have a restaurant or in-room dining option. On the positive note, the rooms looked clean and upscale with good amenities and you get a living room. There are two TV monitors with cable service; one in bedroom and one in living room. There is microwave and a small fridge so that you can bring food from outside and warm it or store it for future use, since no hotel kitchen.

Great STAY!
My stay was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the breakfast and bar. I only had to wait a while on the elevators in the morning due to high traffic and no stairs were found on the 3rd floor.
