Disappointing stay
Hotel is clean..staff friendly however the elevator didn’t work and they off breakfast however I went down both mornings I was there a few times between the services hours n there was no food available just beverages very disappointing.

STAY AWAY.!!!
Booked room in advance and was treated completely unprofessionally.! Front desk attendant refused to check us in with an advanced reservation. FRONT DESK DEMANDED $100 CASH DEPOSIT.! I asked to have this put on a card and front desk refused to put it on a card. This creepy person held onto my license clicking his dirty disgusting fingernails on my license. Since he refused to give back my license, I said I would call the police. ***I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY.*** *Pulling into the lobby parking area, I saw a large hole in a window and people smoking. In this State, it is illegal and a fire hazard to smoke in hotels. **Hotels.com refused to honor their refund policy.

Next time will stay somewhere else
The bed was comfortable and not a bad room. It was hard to understand the staff. We had them make up our room once. They took the dirty towels but never left replacement towels. So I had to ask the front desk for more. They were friendly. They don't have much of a breakfast. Met several friendly guests. They do have a guest laundry room. No coffee maker in room. But for us it was just a place to sleep. Elevators worked good. Some soda and ice machine were out of order or gone.

Couldn’t find room. Ŵe were told the room number 215. Normally the rooms go in order. We couldn’t find it. Finally did. Not by where it should be. TV shut Off and didn’t stay on channel. The barely speaking low sounding voice could hardly be heard and not easily understandable. Never gave us a new room. TP dispenser broke. Breakfast was next to nothing. No fruit. No waffle maker. No milk. No pre made food. Hot breakfast if you used the toaster. Next morning I brought complaints to front desk. No assistance helped. I called later that Day and asked for manager. Not there. I said what happened, oh well I got. I said I would write a review on bad service. He said go ahead so here it is.
