This is the 2nd time that I've booked this location for my parents because they loved it. They were raving about the comfort of the beds and bedding along with the continental breakfast. It's also perfectly located to where they were able to walk to a multitude of different restaurants and it's close to anywhere we wanted to go together. It's hard to pass up this good of a deal.

Good option for a stopover
Stayed here for one night while traveling south with no complaints. It is about what you might expect for the bargain price. Parking lots were well lit, room was comfortable and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was satisfying. Breakfast ends at 9, which seemed early compared to most places. Check your shower heads before turning them on - ours was facing outward leading to being hit with a shock of cold water in the early morning. Humorous afterwards but an pleasant joke if someone set it up on purpose.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Bed was sooo comfy. Great location. Close to Mall and shopping. Hotel is dated but clean. Could use some updates but very good value for the price.

Pros: Friendly staff, Location for shopping and dining across freeway from Clackamas Mall, Restaurant and Starbucks across the parking lot, Lots of parking, Elevator and stairs, Fitness Room, Decent free breakfast, Cable TV selections, Wifi connectivity, Lounge with 2 guest computers, Laundry and dryer convenience.... Cons: Absolutely NO safety Grab Bars in the shower/tub, the Message light on the phone blinked constantly (brightly) and the staff could not turn it off (there was no message)...

the overall experience was good. But the conditions of our room was not that great. The bed was comfy and clean, everything worked fine but the hotel was a little run down.

Not the best….
Front desk people were great. The room….not so great. Mold on floor and wall of shower. Due to position of bed there was barely enough room to move along one side of bed and no nightstand. No place to plug in CPAP or other devices. Not a great choice for handicap accessibility.

Hotel is located just a 7-minute walk from the train station that goes to downtown and the shopping mall. Staff was amazing, super welcoming. My only disappointment was the use of single-use plastic cutlery, straws and paper plates at breakfast. I wish hotels can consider more sustainable options.

Room had (what appeared to be) blood spots on the carpet, distressed furniture, and poor lighting. One of those places I couldn’t wait to check out of despite front desk staff being very friendly! I did appreciate their help and service!
