Very disappointing room and poor standards.
For the price I paid, this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in my life. The room was the smallest. Hardly had space to walk or keep any stuff we had. The fridge was not cold at all. We bought few boxes of yoghurt and all was spoilt the next day. We did not have any hot drinks in the room. The tv was all in Japanese language only. There was no chair to seat in the room. We could hardly even walk around the bed in the room. This is one of the most disappointing rooms I’ve ever booked considering the amount we paid.

Good location.
The lobby looks impressive but the rooms are very basic .
Nice reception staff.
Room service/cleaning was very basic: bins were emptied daily and towels were changed daily.
Room was not vacuumed for two weeks during our stay.
Free bottled water was provided daily and some green tea bags which was lovely.
There was a kettle in the room and a fridge.
Bath tub was lovely and deep ,great shower.
We didn’t come to Japan to stay in a hotel so it did what it needed to do - to provide us with a base for out stay.

Great position.
Toilet room quality must be improved ( we could see mold on the shower curtain and in the ventilation )

Extremely convenient to two subway lines, Shinsaibashi, and Namba station. Lots of choice for dining and shopping. Hotel is rather dated and decor needs a refresh. Overall good value for money and I’d stay there again.

I liked their excellent cleaning service and the cleanliness of the room. Especially with the daily refresh of toiletries. What I disliked was the tiny bed and overtly soft pillow. Sleeping in it led to a very stiff neck the next morning.

I would stay here again. Good stuff: The staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and nice. This location iswalking distance from both Shinsaibashi and Nagahoribashi subway stations, and a about a 25-minute walk to Dontobori in the middle of Osaka. Not quite as good stuff: The front desk area was temporarily under construction, which meant the check-in area was on the second floor with no elevator. No big deal for me, but it might be hard for people with limited mobility or many heavy, large suitcases. The toilet paper was not soft at all, but I think that might be the situation in all public places in Japan.

Great
Tho the room was very small as expected (it was hard to opened up both of our suitcase at the same time) but the room was very clean and 1 mins walk to the underground metro and another few mins walk to shinsaibashi!
