Needs condemning!!
NOT a 3.5 star property. Is actually 1.5 star and that's 1 star too many. Filthy, cold, mice, mildew, smells rancid, broken bed and heater. Very disappointed. Stayed only 1 night. Called property manager expecting to be relocated to more appropriate accommodation, but was told my 2 children and myself could leave!! We travelled over 300 kms to get there!! Ruined our mini holiday. Did receive a full refund though. I advise to check accommodation,s website before making a booking through these sites. Hotels.com staff were fantastic!! They only advertise details of accommodation that the proprietor provides to them.

While the situation of this under-storey of a beach house is very good, it's presentation was unacceptable and a complaint was made to teh managing agency. The two bedroom unit had been poorly cleaned - pots/ pans/ crockery/ carpet/ bathroom.Many of the blinds were broken or not functioning. One of the single beds collapsed when my brother knelt on it - fixed fairly easily, but a concern. There is a bad water-hammer in the kitchen sink. Many windows had been locked and could not be opened. Washing machine was full of sand. Queen bed was comfortable, but not made properly. In summary, many of our issues would have been solved by a positive response to (I understand from the agent) renovation issues by the owner and by a better cleaning contractor.
