Short stay of one night, helpful staff. Simple but sustaining fruit and roll continental breakfast. Distracted in upstairs room by audible conversations from the lobby late in the evening.

Worst stay ever. A/C was leaking water, a lot of water. They had to come clean the puddle it left every night till they put a bucket. I asked to get moved to a different room and they said were full... there was mold on the walls from the moisture. The rooms in the ad have outside windows but most rooms only have a window into the hallway which is a danger. The ad shows bicycles but they do not have bicycles... very noisy with all the construction around the area and whenever someone closes a door it make a loud noise that everyone can hear... anyone talking in the hallway is going to wake you up so its a disaster if kids are staying there

Our experience staying in this hotel was very complicated. We filtered for a hotel with parking available, but the property has very limited parking space, so we had to park one night on the street. The room was not well kept, with paint fading from the walls and several bathroom issues. The A/C went out on our room one night, which we reported the next morning, but when we got back to the room they had done nothing to fix the issue. The front desk staff did their best, but we ended up 2 out 3 nights without A/C at a beach hotel. Overall, you get what you pay for with this property.

Stay away from here or be frustrated
Canadians stay away, you won't sleep due to 24/7 barking dogs and screaming children. Paper thin walls, windows and door. No shower curtain so bathroom soaked after a shower. Tv and safe did not work for entire two weeks. When I asked to switch rooms I was told I had to checkout at noon the next day and check back in at 3pm, so stupid. Breakfast, if they didn't run out, was white bread with one toaster for everybody, coffee with powdered creamer and warm juice. Whenever there was an issue the useless female at front desk just shrugged her shoulders. On Nov 30 at 2am, I e man beat another with a stick until he was down and out. Not a great area, very residential with not much around. Stay away, it is for Mexicans and international tourists.

Es un hotel cómodo y se paso, en los alrededores no hay muchas opciones para comer y se encuentra a 4.5 km (50 min) caminando de la 5ta avenida. La alberca es cómoda y con una vista agradable. Los cuartos podrían recibir algo de mantenimiento general, así como el aire acondicionado (lo tuve que apagar por alergia). la calidad de atención del persona muy buena. En general, un hotel que vale por lo que se paga.

La habitación tiene muy buen tamaño pero no puede aprovechar porque está muy vacía. Hace falta un sillón y una mesa un poco más grande o más espacio para poner las maletas (una tijera al menos) La limpieza de la habitación era buena sin embargo las almohadas ya tienen manchas de hongos por la humedad que no se quitan. El ventilador no servía y no es agradable dormir con el A/A ya que genera una luz muy potente que no deja dormir. Desafortunadamente no tuve otra opción ya que el cuarto es muy caliente. Estuve dos noches y tenía planes de extender mi estancia otras 3 pero ya no lo hice porque no soporté el calor y lo molesto de la luz del aire. Si llevas coche es muy recomendable pero si planeas salir a caminar no lo recomiendo ya que esa zona no es nada segura. Lo mejor de todo es el señor que atiende la recepción durante el día. Desafortunadamente olvidé su nombre pero le agradezco su buena disposición. Se ve inmediatamente que es una persona con mucha experiencia en hotelería y con un alto nivel de servicio. De hecho me parece que está desaprovechado en ese hotel. En general el hotel no está mal pero en ese rango de precio puedes encontrar algo mejor
