Pequeño gran hostal
La habitación es muy limpia, aunque sencilla es agradable, el baño muy limpio, clóset suficiente, La atención es espléndida, salíamos temprano y nos dieron lunch para llevar. Nos recomendaron donde comer, pasear, etc. Caminando está a 15 mins de la estación Rodoviario, y a unos 5 mins de la plaza de Armas, todo cerca. Excelente opción.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and price worthy. Extended stay one extra night. You can hear through the rooms slightly so recommend bringing earplugs, but for the price it’s not an issue.

Great!
We stayed here both before and after hiking the W and were so glad to return! The owners are very caring and kind. The room was comfortable and a great value. It was very easy to coordinate luggage storage with the hostel while we were trekking, as well as breakfast to-go when we needed to leave early for the bus to Torres del Paine. Highly recommend!

Hidden charges & rude staff
We were unexpectedly charged for leaving our bags. There was no mention of the charge when we first enquired but were hit with a $20 charge when we returned. The staff were rude and said it was our responsibility to ask about this. It’s a hostel in Puerto Natales. Everyone is leaving bags to go on the W-trek. If you’re going to charge, it needs to be clear from the outset. Not hidden in the T&Cs. And, if you insist on charging for this ‘service’ then it should at least be proportional to the ‘service’ you’re providing. $20 to keep bags in a room for a couple of nights is extortion. The bottom line is that this hostel is taking advantage of the good nature of the travellers who are their customers. This is not the sort of establishment I want to support.

Un acierto seguro
Un hostal muy acogedor, tranquilo y cómodo, las habitaciones son perfectas para descansar, te sientes como en casa, el personal que está al cargo del hostal es muy atento y servicial, no te faltará nada, es un acierto seleccionar este alojamiento! he probado otros en Puerto Natales y el trato recibido en Hostal Baquedano es inigualable y excelente en comparación, además el precio es muy competitivo, siendo la variable calidad-precio muy alta… tienen muchos consejos para los trekkings y si sales muy temprano y no puedes desayunar, te preparan una vianda muy completa. Sin duda un lugar al que volveré cuando regrese a Puerto Natales. Algo muy importante las habitaciones son perfectamente iguales a lo que veis en las fotos, no hay trampa.

Loved it!
Loved this place! Super clean, quiet and cozy. Mattresses were soft and comfortable. Shower is awesome, great pressure rain shower and hot water. Staff are nice and welcoming. Breakfast is great 😊 Would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend!

Perfect before/after Torres del Paine
Excellent stay! We were able to leave bags between our multi-day trip to Torres del Paine and they were safe & waiting in our new room on return. Very friendly and helpful staff, warm and clean rooms, great location. Highly recommend.

Pre W trek stay
The most perfect place to stay for your time in puerto Natales. Walkable from the bus depo and easy walking into town. Check in was easy the staff was great and the breakfast was good. Do not throw out the piece of paper they give you at immigration you need it to check in.

Great stay
Perfect place to stay while visiting Torres Del Paine. The owner is nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and cute. Breakfast is just what you need and they make you a box breakfast if you need to leave before 7 am. Highly recommend.
