Tiny rooms. They provide only 1 key for each room and have a hidden entrance

6/10 Good

Room could be better cleaned. Carpet seemed old and ran out. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure is good. Hotel has no breakfast, but have several restaurants around very close by.
Pablo, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Convenient location for local train stations

10/10 Exceptional

Comfortable clean room, fair price, courteous staff, safe area of the city, close proximity to public transportation, good restaurants, and Yamato luggage transport service - the works.
Adrian, 8-night trip

Very dated. No staff service and room could do with a much better clean.

Staff was barely helpful. They would help you rudely if they were ever at the counter. The laundry room was very old but overall it worked. Functionaly, the room was nice other than a few stains on the walls.
Jose, 5-night trip

2/10 Poor

I booked this place as I was unable to find accommodation around this area for the dates we were looking for. This was lower than our usual budget so we thought to go ahead and book it in case we lose this opportunity too. The room was too small, too dirty and the staff were very rude. I would not recommend staying here. This hotel did not meet the Japanese standard of cleanliness and politeness. There were convenient stores around, close to one of the metro stations and walkable to Tokyo station. The only good part about this hotel.

Lovely staff. Clean rooms. Smoking rooms available as of july 2024

6/10 Good

Close to Kayabacho station and, Tokyo JR is 20 minutes walking distance away, reasonably convenient. However, can’t expect too much from a 2 star hotel as far as condition of the rooms and facilities are concerned, ok for staying and sleeping.
Chi Yuk Nelson, 6-night trip

6/10 Good

Decent hotel - quite close to Main train station. However room was small and the hotel decor felt quite outdated. A little over priced for what you get.

Pretty good
Small room but great location close to a Denny’s and the subway, jap toilet seat, microwave, refrigerator, tub, and comfortable beds!
Eli, 8-night trip

2/10 Poor

I do not recommend anyone traveling booking here. We just needed one night before flying out the next day. Terrible front staff service, no one to greet you. The staff is constantly talking in the back or on their phone. The rooms were dusty, dust covered the light fixture in the washroom, mildew on the shower curtains, water marks in the closet, one of the bath towels had yellow stains on it, and the slippers looked reused and worn in. When asking for our shipped luggage, they just pointed over to the storage area and told us to look for it ourselves. The issue isn't looking for it ourselves, but the fact that they didn't cross reference to ensure that was our baggage. We just took it. When our luggage was looked after, a single string was tied to one of our 4 luggages. When grabbing our luggage to leave. We couldn't get a hold of anyone, but heard people talking in the back. I just took our luggages and dropped off the tags and left. Paid ~$104 (CAD), pay the extra $50 for your comfort.
