Very friendly staff, well organized, and clean place. Only issue we had was that there is not an onsen for families, they’re all either male or female. Additionally, tattoos not allowed in the onsen.

Recommended!
We were greeted by a warm and eager staff member who made recommendations on food and sights that were very helpful. It was relaxing to take an onsen morning and night after a full day of exploring. We enjoyed the immersion into Japanese hospitality from the breakfast buffet and very comfortable rooms.
