Nice stay

I travel a lot…usually with my husband, 2 babies and a dog. However this was a little getaway with my mom, so I was looking to relax. CONS -they advertise black out curtains…they are NOT blackout curtains, git’s bright come morning -stuffy, the AC unit is an old motel looking wall unit and the fan didn’t work (didn’t stay on the whole time) -noisy, you literally hear EVERYTHING…cars driving by, people opening/shutting doors, people walking in the hall -bed, it’s seemed like an old mattress with nice bedding -cleaners were very eager to clean our room -shower in our room never got hot water -pricey PROS -stylish tropical chic decor -smells lovely throughout -pool was chill and relaxing -very clean throughout -complimentary coffee bar and snacks in lobby -complimentary welcome beverage -the front desk girl was friendly and helpful -location

Cute but annoying service

Charming hotel, great design/decor and location. Perfect for weekend getaway. Main complaint was that their cleaning team started at 8AM on Sunday morning up and down the halls, woke us up and it was hard to enjoy the second half of our stay, as there were no less than a dozen cleaning crew members in the hallways, in the lobby and all over the hotel (it's a very small hotel so it was perhaps more noticeable than larger hotels?) - we were stepping over vacuum cords, squeezing by multiple cleaning carts - etc. I wish they could have waited to begin their major cleaning service until late morning so that we could have had a peaceful morning enjoying the property and didn't feel like we were being rushed out.

Great stay

Stayed here for one night on our way to San Diego for Spring break. This place was amazing, really exceeded all expectations. Great service and very clean. Pool area was peaceful and relaxing. Quiet, pristine street that easily walkable to restaurants and beach. The king suite was really spacious and only slightly more expensive than the double queen. Will definitely plan to stay again

Great beds! Updated hotel…but a little noisy.

Very comfortable beds! Brand new/updated hotel! They could stand to offer some morning danishes with coffee in the morning instead of just cookies. There was an issue with walls nit being insulated enough to hear next door and hear the plumbing noises. Also dont love the extra charge if you want to check in early by 2 hours prior for $20 or $10 for one hr prior. Plus the $18 parking. Its an updated beautifuly designed and decorated room and the workers were very kind and welcoming.

Leuke plek om te overnachten als je verder geen service verwachtingen hebt. Er is bijv geen ontbijt beschikbaar op korte afstand. Uiteindelijk zijn we bij Jeanines (ter hoogte van de Pier) terecht gekomen voor dagelijks heerlijk ontbijt. Zwembad en bubbelbad waren lekker warm. Bedden lagen prima. Fietshuur is mogelijk voor 10 dollar per uur per fiets.

Charming hotel in SB

Such a charming little hotel in SB! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! They even had bikes we rented to ride around the city. The hotel is a bike ride away from lots of little shops and restaurants! I would most definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking there again next time I am in SB!
