Bathroom is a moldy mess. Not ebough towels for a family of 5. No help with us wantimg and needing to leave early. We were charge 2 full days but left after first night. Walls are dirty in room. Tons of dust everywhere.

Family reunion
We had a small family reunion everyone going to Legoland and a lot of us stayed at your hotel. Enjoyed the pool! Nice breakfast

We had to switch rooms late at night due to the beds (mattresses) being dirty and trash in the room. Even the second room was not clean and there was a horrible smell on the floor of the room we had to move to. I was told by a manager I would receive points as a refund for the room that would cover me booking “another room and some” due to the inconvenience; however, I never received anything. I called a few times to speak to the general manager but I keep being told he’s not in. The only thing decent about the stay was the receptionist. She was very apologetic for the condition of the rooms and me having to switch rooms late with my children. I even emailed photos of the rooms condition. I’m disappointed that I was lied to and nothing as actually done. I’m going to chuck this up as maybe the hotel is under staffed and the few employees there are doing the best they can and rushing. Yet it is unfair that guests and employees get the bad end of the stick.
