Nice Facility. Staff not Very Efficient.
Key cards did not work for the room. Went back down to reception, was told it was the battery in the door (no apology for the inconvenience). Called someone to fix it. Person greeted us, said they would meet us at the room. Several minutes waiting at the door before he showed up. Replaced battery but then had to reprogram our keys. Several minutes before he returned. He did provide vouchers for free breakfast for the inconvenience. Total time waiting was well over 20 minutes. Would have preferred that front desk immediately switched us to a different room and let maintenance deal with the battery issue without inconveniencing us.
