In summary, the hotel is OK and has a nice view, HOWEVER the restaurant is horrible and the service & rude attitude of the staff is the worst I have ever experienced, being well-travelled with hundreds of hotels visited.
Before booking, we saw a few reviews online indicating that the restaurant had poor quality (some claiming food was heated in the micro-oven), but as the hotel is situated far away from other options we decided to give it a try. We ordred 3 portions of pasta, drinks and a platter with cheese, meat and salami. Max 3 minutes after ordering the pasta arrived suspiously fast, which was very hot and had the particular taste of being heated in a micro-oven. When the charkuterie platter arrived, I first had a slice of salami which tasted a little odd. When looking closer, I realized that there were dots of green mold on the salami, wherefore I showed the waiter and he took it away, asking if we want a new platter but we rejected this given suspections of inappropriate food safety conditions. The day after at check-out the staff told me to pay for the dinner and gave me the bill which also included the platter. I explained that was incorrect as we sent it away given the mold and asked him to talk to the kitchen. He returned with the platter, and told that they had stored it from yesterday. I showed him the mold but he claimed that it was normal, and rudely told "if you go to a pizzeria and order a pizza and dont like it you still have to pay". After arguing 20 minut
