Great location and staff, maintenance needed

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The room was clean but very in need of maintenance and updates. The bathroom looked run down with ceiling tiles and light fixtures that looked ready to fall down. The balcony door was very hard to open and close. The toilet didn’t seem to be attached firmly and didn’t flush right so maintenance needed to come look at it. The location is fantastic but some updates to the rooms would definitely be needed for us to stay again.

Gone way downhill…needs many updates & improvemen!

Still waiting for someone to bring up a crib for my infant for the week. Cleaning is no more than having the trash taken out. Coffee & toilet paper was never restocked. We asked for towels and was told it would be about an hour & almost 3 hours later we shared one of our wet beach towels (was going on almost noon to start our day). Beds are like sleeping on the floor and sheets were stained and never changed. There was long black hair everywhere. We came back on our last night and our hotel door was wide open, despite checking it that was secured before we left hours before. Since the garbage was gone, I can assume it was the cleaning crew. Great location on the boardwalk, but the quality has gone way downhill. We have stayed before on previous trips and had no issues. Will not be returning.

Not good if you don’t like smoking

Ok place but everyone smoking on balconies that are right next to each other! Big signs say no smoking. With a bad respiratory issue, it was not fun and couldn’t enjoy my ocean front view I paid for. Reported it multiple times and was ignored. Stay somewhere that’s really smoke free if that’s what you want.

Worst trip I have ever had in Ocean City

There was a few issues 1. The pictures and reviews for this hotel is not what they seem to be. When we arrived we had stain sheets on the bed. The mirror in the bathroom was covered with rust. The pillows were completely worn and the room had a musty smell to it....... 2. When we returned from the board walk our room door was opened. We called the front desk and they said they would look into what actually happened. Someone from the front desk came to the room and stated that she did not see anything on the camera. She asked us if we wanted to move to a different room. Moving wasn't an option because I had my 2 year old gran daughter with me and whomever had access to our room had to work at this hotel. Meaning they could enter any room in the building. I didn't sleep the entire trip. Waking up to see if someone had tried to come into our room. The night before we checked out there was a couple yelling and cursing at one another..... This trip was the worst..

Clean and economical.

We usually stay here in our long weekend trips. It is generally clean and comfortable. It was a little less clean in the halls and common areas, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. It is reasonably priced for a prime time, on the boardwalk hotel.

Great hotel

Love the hotel. Everything is as stated. Checkin was slick. The kids love the swimming pool. Almost at the very end of the broad walk, good for a family who like quite nights. Lots of parking area. Overall we loved this hotel and we will definitely go back!
