1.酒店正在装修中，环境乱七八糟。 2.楼梯在1楼（ground)的出口封闭，只能从另一侧上下楼，在2层东拐西拐，穿过4道门，带拉杆箱，不太方便。 3.房间里无WiFi，只能在前台上网，但是没有椅子。 4.前台男士态度冰冷。

Nice journey

It's a little bit far when you walk form train station to hotel , but you can take a bus. Hotel just near the bus stop. Hotel staff is friendly and kindly to introduce the sightseeing information about the town. Living in the hotel is comfortable, and the English breakfast is good.

not worth the money

Couldn't check in until 3pm and check out at 10am. Also they charfe dor leaving bags temporarily which is a rip off given the price you have to pay. The bathroom was noy as clean and shower wall is rusting. Also the room we had was not very sound proof and couldnt sleep as could hear people slamming doors and also could hear noise from cars and the street.

Run down hotel, bathroom was not clean. Cramped bedroom with very little space. Not at all worth for the proce you pay (£170+ for a night).Not recommended.

Great bass for exploring Edinburgh

Stayed here as the first stop, for 3 nights, on our 12 night Outlander trip around Scotland. Room was very comfortable but a bit dated. Perfect as a base to explore Edinburgh though. Mall a short walk away for any essentials and buses stops right outside. Lost a few ratings stars as the traffic noise is very loud. Luckily we travel with ear plugs. Too: Request a room at the back of the hotel if you’re a light sleeper.

It was easy to check in. I was in room 14 on the first floor, room facing the rear of the property. Good sized room. Bedding looked clean and fresh and so did the towels. Bathroom was clean. I only stayed one night. My wife in ERI. I had previously stayed in Travelodge which is about 4 doors away. Far cheaper than Travelodge but also an older property. When I went to bed, I heard someone knocking on a bedroom door on 3 occasions and hoped that I wouldn’t be in for a night of it. Fortunately it stopped and I had a very good sleep in the comfortable bed. Complimentary coffee, tea, milk etc in the room. So to summarise, this hotel/guest house did exactly what I wanted it to do. Thanks

Upon arrival we learned that the room that we were allocated was the so called "emergency room" where it was right at the front door in the reception area. If you opened your bedroom door, you can see the reception desk. The reception also informed us that the room had no on-suite bathroom. Our bathroom was the right next to the reception desk. So if you are needing the toilet in the middle of the night, you are walking into the reception area and likewise if you are going for a shower. We have no issue with the bathroom not being inside the bedroom, the issue we had was that the bathroom was literally inside the reception area for all to see. I went back to look on the booking to see if I had missed anything and no where on the booking information on the property, when you click to select your room, does that room appear. There was no mention of no on-suite toilet when we proceeded with the booking.

Atendimento ruim. Queriam empurrar um quarto sem banheiro privativo. Contrario do que havíamos comprado no hoteis. Chuveiro péssimo.

Péssimo!

Péssimo! O aquecedor do quarto não funcionava, o chuveiro não esquentava e saía pouquíssima água. Tivemos que tomar banho gelado em um dia que estava 4 graus. Os travesseiros são horríveis. A recepção funciona em pouquíssimos horários e a única vez que encontramos alguém na recepção eles foram super rudes conosco. Não recomendo.
