I recently stayed at your hotel from July 15 to July 19, 2025, and while I enjoyed my visit, I am disappointed with how a reservation issue was handled. Due to an error in my booking, I was charged for an extra day, an additional breakfast, and full taxes despite providing four days' notice to amend the reservation.
Before my trip, I contacted your staff, who assured me the issue could be resolved by reaching out to the booking company. The booking company informed me they contacted the hotel, but I was told the hotel declined to issue a refund. This experience is frustrating, as it impacts my perception of your property.
As frequent travelers, my family and I value reliable service and clear communication. Unfortunately, this situation has led us to reconsider recommending your hotel to others.
