Great hotel with a small pool. Spacious room. Would give it a 10/10 if there was a nespresso machine and 2 blankets instead of 1 for the double bed

Great quality central Berlin hotel
Super central location and great quality, especially considering the central location. Nice modern clean spacious rooms, comfy beds. Aircon was fab in hot weather. Son loved view of rail tracks and station, we couldn’t hear trains much but if that bothers you, request rooms facing another side. Tasty breakfast. Pool small but clean and fun for kids, no blackout times for kids to use the pool. Lovely reception and breakfast staff. Only minus was that room was not cleaned properly during our stay: not cleaned at all on first day, on third day didn’t clean bathroom, items from tea tray did not get replaced, floors never got hoovered or wiped. Pool and fitness area didn’t get tidied or towels refilled during the day.

This was the only hotel, out of 3, where the air conditioning could keep up. They just don’t cool to American standards. There were amenities we did not have at other hotels which are standard in the US. Bring your own wash cloth. They are not provided. They are considered a personal item. So close to the U, S and DB train systems. Great shopping close by and many good options.

The hotel was lovely. Located in a very central location. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, professional. They made us feel so comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was the a/c in the room wasn’t too great but all in all I’d stay there again.

This hotel is great. It mght seem pricey for some budgets, but I can tell you that it’s worth paying the extra buck. The location is priceless: it’s super near the central station. The actual station near the hotel takes you all the way to the airport and you can connect pretty much anywhere in Berlin in less than 20 minutes. The station near the hotel has a bunch of restaurants, fast food, small minimarkets/supermarkets. I was very happy with this hotel booking.

Exceptional service!
Exceptional service! Chema and all the beautiful multilingual staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Gorgeous clean swimming pool and every corner of the room was spotless clean. Centrally located in Berlin and close to historical sites and plenty of restaurants and shops. Loved the A/C, the fresh pears and drinking water and candies. Will definitely stay there again!
