Good place for a family
The hotel was very clean and had all the basic needs for our family of 4. The sofa bed was easy to pull out. I did wish that we had clean towels for the second day after our first night at the beach and I didn't bring shampoo since it is normally in the hotel, and there was but the tiny bottle wasn't enough for 4 of us in our stay. But overall we were very pleased.

It was nearly perfect. The only thing I’d advise the hotel is to leave some cream and sugar for the guests to make it easy to make the first morning coffee. I arrived late and that would’ve come in handy my first day. Other than that, very nice, clean, quiet, everything new, very nice staff. Thank you Rudy and Kathy.

Good location but not clean
the location was good. Near the beach and many restaurants near by. The room wasn't ready when we arrived after 15:00. we had to come back in an hour. They offered late check out to make up for it. The bed sheet from the sofa bed was so dirty that we had to put the towel instead. It seemed it was not replaced so we took the sheet out for cleaning. The parking is not available at the hotel so you have to park elsewhere. the sound proof was so bad that if some speak from the hall way, you can hear the entire conversation. If you expect quite environment, it is not recommended.
