Amazing Stay
Hotel Plaza Cozumel is like a home away from home! Great rooftop pool with lots of recliners, free breakfast that has a great selection of fruit, bread/buns, and omelets, French toast or Hot cakes. Beds are comfortable and the staff are amazing, Hiberto, Estrela, Mariano are very helpful. Try getting a room not facing the Main Street as they is a bar across the street from the hotel that is open until 5AM fairy frequently.

Great location
Location is great and very close to some awesome restaurants! Staff is very accommodating and helpful.This trip the room/bath wasn't as nice as the other room we stayed in. Noise from the outdoor area is loud and goes on til early morning areas. Ocean side is better but can still hear the MUSIC! The breakfast is awesome!

The Plaza cozumel is perfect if you are wanting a non- luxury hotel at a very reasonable price. Their breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly. It is clean and each room has a full size refrigerator.

Muito boa opção no centro
Bom hotel, muito perto do muelle de onde saem/chegam os ferrys. Café da manhã muito bom, porem começa às 7am só. Para quem sair de mergulho, geralmente as operações saem as 7:45 e a distância até palancar é de 25minutos. Tem uma loja de aluguel de moto e carro bem em frente e bastante justo. O banheiro exala um cheiro um pouco ruim de vez em quando.

A lot of bang for your buck. Yes it’s dated, but everything is very clean and great working order. The air conditioning was cold as I like it. The bed was very comfortable. The room and linens smelled very clean, not of bleach. The pillows could’ve been better. The room was very clean and minimal and spacious. The menu for the free breakfast is excellent. I was with a group of people and we had many different things each morning and everything was wonderful. The staff is excellent.
