I have no idea why there is no shower curtain in the bathroom so the bathroom is wet all the time after shower.
Beds are very comfortable, staff are very nice.

地點佳,職員態度有待改善
酒店地點很好,房間清潔,床鋪舒適。但接待處職員態度差,挑選雙床房卻提供了大床房,安排有點混亂,多番要求換房卻只冷淡對待,最後接觸到 Ms Juanita 才能得到成功,她更主動用訊息與我溝通,態度誠懇有禮,值得一讚!

Not befitting of the Hilton Brand
Booked this stay as a date night for my wife and I. We’re pretty local so it’s nice to stay in the city. I booked a corner suite/large room.
This was not to the standard you would expect for the price and brand. Some of the issues we had.
- 1 bath robe not 2.
- No bath slippers provided despite the bathroom becoming extremely slippery when wet.
- Empty shower gel in the shower
- No drinking water provided at all.
- Even the breakfast had substandard items to what was labelled.
I made the receptionist aware upon check out, this was not the standard befitting of the brand. She looked at me blank and said she’d inform her manager.
I received an email the next day, saying how sorry they were etc etc, offered me 10% off another stay(meaning I spend more with them) or 1000 Hilton points I don’t subscribe.
I stressed it was not suitable and I’d like a refund.
I received another email from another person the following day offering me 25% discount or 10,000 points! I made it clear I feel I should have been offered a refund. Still nothing.
Make your own mind up but I’ll be using the Radisson Red hotel or The Pullman who offer a similar hotel but with much better customer service in the city.

Excellent experience.
I have stayed in various hotels around Liverpool but never at the Hilton. Since it was my birthday, I decided to give it a try. I happened to mention this at check in. Jamie on the check in desk went above and beyond to make our stay extremely memorable with a room upgrade and drinks voucher.

Hilton on the docks
Very long check in time. Even after being asked what time I would arrive. Room tidy and clean. No modern features like USB ports in room. Executive room and lounge. Sad People allowed to walk out of lounge with bags full of free snacks/drinks. Location great. 2nd visit here. Some obvious letdowns.

A great option for Liverpool city centre.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Jamie and his colleague at reception were excellent, both friendly and professional, as were the bar staff.

What a mess
Got to check in and Hilton had not received our reservation. Very embarrassing with a large queue waiting. Took over an hour to sort out. Hilton staff were amazing. Getting help from Hotels.com is almost impossible.

Don’t believe all the bad reviews

Booked this hotel as a surprise for my husband for his birthday.
We have previously stayed here & had no previous concerns however the recent reviews had me dubious of what to expect.
From check-in to check-out we couldn't say a bad word. Upon check-in we had been upgraded with breakfast and executive lounge added at no extra fee. I did not manage to get the guys name who checked us in & out but your customer service is outstanding.
When entering our room we were surprised with a card & drink vouchers for my husbands birthday.
The room was clean & tidy however some areas could do with being refreshed nevertheless clean.
Executive lounge isn't nothing to rave about, but clean tidy and good selection of cold drinks and coffee/tea station lovely & warm.
The breakfast was nice hot & fresh good selection including GF!
All in all good day would definitely return - thankyou!

They canceled my reservation without notice
I arrived at the hotel and they told me that my reservation had been canceled by shipping!
