Really cute apartment in a prime location.All of downtown and Esquimalt is walkable from here. The apartment is in excellent condition. Staff was very quick to respond when we had a minor issue and resolved it promptly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the flat and its location. The entry and check in process was seamless and there was plenty of communication about access before our arrival. The unit was well equipped, with the exception of an umbrella. It seems there was one at one time, but it was no longer available. The unit was tidy throughout although the carpets could use a freshen up. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. A nice touch was the make up removing facecloth and especially the white noise machine. It was very useful as the unit wasn't quiet. Not only due to the neighbours, but there was a movie being filmed in the alley directly outside of the flat. Can't imagine this is an issue very often, but it just happened to coincide with the duration of our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

It was a fun "flat" with quirky decor. It was suitable for one night or a month since it was furnished like a "flat" with dishes, stove, dishwasher and laundry. It felt like home.

What a great place to stay! In the perfect location near shopping and dining in Victoria. Short walk to The Empress, the Wharf, Museums, etc. The furnishings and layout were very comfortable. Everything clean in and in working order. We had a little trouble with the outside gate, but the management was very helpful and responsive.

The coffee machine was broken, the blinds do not block out light from the alley and the parking location they recommended was not safe. Our vehicle was broken into and multiple windows smashed. While they don’t have control of what happens outside the unit, being located next to the Salvation Army facility for the homeless was not great and a large number of sketchy people were hanging around the entrance. Finding vomit and human excrement near the entry was less than ideal.

The location of the property was very convenient. The flat was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. There is a restaurant/pub just on the corner of the alley and the music and patrons were quite loud during the evening hours, but everything quietened down by midnight. Great place to stay.

I loved it, and when I come back to Victoria for another trip I will definitely look for this location. Spacious room, right by quite a lot to see, good food around the corner, it was a fantastic location. There was even a surprise movie shoot right in the shared alleyway, what a delight! My only qualms were that another guest previously had re arranged some power cords so it took me a little bit to figure out the bedroom lighting.

Great location, made it very easy to explore downtown, inner harbour, Chinatown and more! Very convenient to have the full kitchen and even laundry in our unit. Staff were very prompt in assisting when we phoned in, an email we sent on day one went unanswered our whole trip. The unit was clean and well stocked. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Overall great value for the price!

Apartment with a great location, needs lights

My wife and I stayed in the Orca Suite for 1 week. All the kitchen appliances were provided as well as a washer/dryer. We had problems with the TV services but they were promptly fixed-we never did get the ROKU to work. There were too problems, entrance was thru a security gate--the keypad did not work unless pressed multiple times. The main problem was light, the apartment is all black, lighting in the kitchen and bathroom were good (except the microwave light over the stove did not work) but the light in the bedroom, dining living rooms and closets were inadequate, I resorted to using a flashlight in the closets. There are a lot of restaurants within a block, all we attended were excellent but this also meant there was a lot of street noise sometimes to 2 am.
