Stay at Habyt Waterfront
We had a wonderful Fri-Mon stay at Habyt Waterfront. It's a 5-minute walk to Ostkreuz Station and nice views of the surrounding areas. There is a shop on the corner selling snacks, drinks and small selection of toiletries. Lovely and friendly service from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left. Staff were always happy to help, answer any queries or questions -- they even gave us a little birthday card and treats for my fiancée. Apartment/Room was perfect for what we needed; A spacious, clean toilet and shower with plenty of towels. A small kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, and Nespresso machine. A comfortable bed and a smart TV. Room temperatures were good, heating is functional and adjustable. Windows do open - they open halfway and all the way open, and have a shutter for protection if you'd like to keep the window open but want to be safe/have young children. Only constructive feedback I would give would be to dust the curtains a little more but other than that, an amazing stay. I would absolutely stay here again when next in Berlin and would recommend to anyone✨

Fabulous hotel / apartment
An Amazing stay, really great location. Only a few minute walk to train station and you can get anywhere from there. About 15 mins to Alexanderplatz. Also bikes and scooters near by to hire. Room was great bed comfy and clean, bathroom very good too. Only thing we would say is the shower door doesn’t keep the water in so the floor is prone to flood. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The stay is nice and comfy, very good value for money for sure!! Only one thing missing out from the hotel is the lack of tissues in the room, there are only toilet rolls… another point of take note is it’s very near the railway, so it will be a little noisy in the night when the train pass by…

Great hotel
The hotel was amazing, it had everything you needed in the room. The location was perfect with everything you need around you. The staff were very helpful and even let us check out a little later free of charge. One thing though the room was uncomfortably hot, we requested a fan but there was none available. We opened the window which helped slightly but then the room ended up full of bugs.

4 star for Staff who were so helpful and keen to please. Very nice I would go back there only downside is no Air conditioning as it was summer the nights got very uncomfortable with no air conditioning but overall this is worth the reasonable price especially with Train station right across the road from property.

I stayed in the water front side, you can hear from time to time the train, but nothing exaggerated. Everything was good and friendly staff. The property is in excellent condition, and it's clean. The train station and a supermarket are very close.

A very nice place to stay, there are few things which should have been mentioned. First of all there are no air-conditioners at all, it was proper hot, and when you say city view then it should have mentioned that its main road with traffic noise, so no AC and when you open window it’s traffic noise. Also room floors wasn’t cleaned properly. But the front desk staff was very nice. Also the look of building was pretty cool too, over all I enjoyed staying here.
