Area is fairly new. Walmart and Target close. Nothing is walkable though you will need a vehicle if you plan on venturing out. Tap water was undrinkable. I may be spoiled being from western Canada but Orlando water taste like chemical ditch water.

I love it here. It is a very quiet area yet close enough to the parks. Since our vehicle broke down and was in the shop, we were able to walk to the nearby target and fast food.

"We loved our stay! Very clean, pools were great and the room was wonderful! Comfortable beds and accommodating!
Our only complaint would be the pressure sales of timeshare meeting requests. We also tried to buy a Disney ticket from the counter. We were told the tickets were $30 more than we found directly on the Disney website. Im grateful we checked! When my husband suggested we check the website first, the attendant gave us some attitude. Nothing too crazy and we would return! "
