Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! I want to give a special shoutout to Cindy at the front desk. She was incredibly professional and welcoming, taking the time to thoroughly explain the hotel layout and dining schedules. Seeing that we were traveling with a toddler, she proactively arranged for bed rails and children's toiletries to be sent to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The luggage department was also fantastic—storing our bags was incredibly fast, convenient, and efficient. But the absolute best part of this hotel is the pedestrian bridge that connects directly to Ocean Park. It made going back and forth to the park effortless, which is an absolute lifesaver when you need to bring a little one back for a midday nap. This hotel is incredibly family-friendly, especially for parents traveling with toddlers. Highly recommended!

The room was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom has a full shower with a glass wall that looks out into the bedroom and can be covered by a draw curtain for privacy. A nice feature in the room was that there was a large filtered water machine that could be plugged in along with an electric hot water pot to boil hot water. Amenity kits included personal cotton swabs, cotton pads to remove makeup, disposable toothbrushes, body lotions, and mini sewing kits.
