Good Hotel to explore Tokyo
Good Hotel in a quiet area, close to the metro (2 Lines) but you could walk to Tokyo Central Station (15-20 Minutes). It was a good base to explore Tokyo, if you use the extensive metro network.

A convenient hotel
It was only about 5 minutes walk from the nearest tube station.
The room was very small, the suitcases had to be placed on the bed for unpacking/packing.

Room space very limited. Maybe have it in a bunk bed style which will provide more room space to move around. Bathroom was clean and air-con was cold. No need to set a temp. All you had to do is put it on Low, Medium or High. Price for the stay was good. Hotel location wasn't so bad. Walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants and the subway. All in all the stay was ok.

There was NO air conditioning in the rooms, there were cigarette burns and stains all around the apartment. I did not go for breakfast, they could not change the temperature. They had wifi,

Impressed with business hotel
The hotel is classic business hotel. We were two people the twin beds were so close together that only one person could pass through to walk between them. But that was the only small thing it was a tiny room, but beds were comfortable and clean. Air conditioned was nice and shower amenities in washroom and good to have fridge in room keep cold drinks. Rooms are quiet. We ate breakfast buffet which was very good western and Japanese food. The little things impress like crystal glasses for the juice and noritake porcelain coffee mugs. Without asking offered fork. Food was good price and perfect. Eggs and sausage cooked just right potato wedges perfectly cooked and seasoned. The meatballs and noodles so good and fresh fruit. The rice was perfectly cooked and tasty. Little English at front desk but eager to help.

Small but adequate for Tokyo
Location excellent and convenient to public transport. Nihonbashi station about 600 metres away has trains direct to Haneda Airport and I believe services to Narita as well. WiFi was excellent, staff eager to please and breakfast excellent value buffet at 1080 yen. Bed was 140 cm wide, large for Tokyo but there was scarcely space for more than that. Room was a bit shabby but bathroom good. Room was quiet with glimpse of the river nearby.

Good location but not very clean.
The room wasn't very clean. The walls were stained and the toilets could definitely have been cleaner

Very good for the price
I enjoyed my stay at the Pearl. The room was a bit small and showing its age to a degree, but it was suitable and very clean. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and a few spoke English. It was about a 5 minute walk to the subway station and about 15 minutes to Tokyo station and it is surrounded by restaurants which is handy. So for the price I would definitely recommend if you don't indeed to spend much time in your room.

Very average Japanese business hotel
A few minute walk from Kayabacho station, it's a very average Japanese business hotel. Expect small, not particularly luxurious, but clean.

Solid place to stay, clean and comfortable.
A good place to stay. Me and my wife stayed there as a layover. Don't expect big, it's Japan after all. It is comfortable and clean. Make sure you request a non smoking room.

Helpful and Friendly staff
I enjoyed the hotel and stay. They had a great breakfast....a bit pricy but good variety of Western and Japanese. The hotel was two blocks away from where my business was being conducted, very convenient. Pretty for away from typical sights, but that's not why I went to Kayabacho.
