I have been guest in Zagreb Palace Hotel for many times and always happy to be there. You are in a true hotel and feel the luxury to be treated as a guest. Staff was outstanding. Katarina J was incredibly helpful in advising us on our last minute trip to Plitvice national park. She was so warm and nice and thorough to help us plan everything perfectly. A Great Hotel close to the Heart of Zagreb
We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed more. The Palace Hotel is a beautifully preserved historic building with charm and a feeling of class. The staff were excellent, obliging and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and a real bonus to have a bath. The wifi was good and the breakfast excellent. The Palace Hotel is within walking distance of the centre of the old square which has a great feel to it and is well worth spending some hours wandering around it.
