No respect for VIP guest. Could only get an upgrade if I paid for it. They knew i have 20 procent discount for food and bevarege, but did not provide it and they could do late checkout, but they dont offer it in the weekends. So why are they a hotel for VIPs?
In the bathroom there was stains on the wall after last guest that brushed their teeth and stains right next to the shower.
After first night, cleaning came and took our towels, but did not put 2 new small once back.
When we arrived. There was a small bag of coffee that was open, next to the coffee machine. One lady came and check after first night, but she did not change it still.
Minibar was for free, but was not refilled after first night.
And reception service is really not the best.
And aircon stopped working during the night, so we woke up to 27 degrees in the room.
I would not go back
