Nice hotel, but too far, good service

This is a rather nice hotel which we were upgraded to a studio. Nice view that our room has a balcony. As well, clean with sufficient bathing aids. However, it is a little bit too far from the bus station. Those with heavy suitcases when going there need to go through a rather long tunnel without any lift.

I like the hotel, because it has a lovely old worldly feel to it, it is very comfortable, lovely lge bed and a pleasant atmosphere all round. Also rooms are quite and lovely and warm.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, convenient to shops and my favourite restaurant is across the road. Rooms massive and luxurious. Bed very comfortable. My most favourite hotel in Varna. I have booked two more stays.

Hotel clásico venido a menos por falta de mantenimiento y de inversión. La entrada y los pasillos desprenden un cierto encanto, pero las habitaciones están desfasadas. La cama se hunde, debe ser tan antigua como el hotel, y el baño necesita una remodelación urgente. Tampoco tiene spa en funcionamiento como lo tuvo tiempos atrás. En definitiva le sobran los adjetivos de “grand hotel”.

Fantastisk fint rom i gammel stil ! Reint og ryddig . Godt utvalg i minibar og gratis vann sto fremme . Nydelig frokost med egen frokostmeny i tillegg til buffet .

The downtown location of this hotel was its greatest asset. Plus the free breakfast. The reception desk staff was also friendly. Other than that, we were not impressed. Very surprised that this hotel is rated as 5 Stars. The bed mattress was extremely hard, old and uncomfortable; the bathroom door frame was rotting from lack of humidity control; we were supplied with only one towel per person each day; several tiles in the bathroom were cracked; and although the furniture was baroque style and supposed to appear old, it was truly OLD. The hallways did have lovely decor, however, the elevator door wouldn’t open or close properly during our entire stay and although we told the staff it was a danger to guests, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Perhaps we would return only for the location and free breakfast.

Alt er gammelt og helt nedslidt Sauna og spa har ikke virket i 2 år af hvad jeg hved af dette hotel er Max 3 stjerner hotel og ikke 5 helt umuligt det er 5 stjernet hotel.

Vintage hotel in very central location

Very old hotel at very good location. Very central location, close to main pedestrian street. Paid parking on site. The room was outdated,breakfast very poor. Staff was friendly. Bed( mattress) was terrible
