It was a very rundown place. We asked the receptionist Krishna as to how he expects us to stay in such a place. He said because we booked through Hotels.com, there was nothing he could do. He asked us to take our grief to you guys. Hotels.com should have never recommended this place. We trust your website to help us finding a good place but this was so bad. I am so disappointed. I have booked many times with you guys and now I am doubtful.

False advertisement

The hotel is in extremely poor shape No Hot water Lots of roaches dead and alive Lights broken Stained bed sheets, pillow cases and towels very unsanitary The staff couldn’t do much the whole building falling apart lots of sketchy people. Only thing good was the location to Levi stadium. Would not recommend for families. For people who need and bed and toilet and that’s it.

Hotels.com should delist super 8 Wyndham

Regretted booking this , not sure why Hotels .com is listing it , room doors don’t work , trash everywhere worst dirty stains on bedsheets and toilets was not working, only relief was able to quickly book another hotel and got refund

Worst motel ever

This motel is so bad I didn’t actually stay there, after realizing there was only one working light in the room, no wi fi, and no tv, I decided to leave. It was filthy, loud, and smelled bad! Absolute nightmare

This place should be knocked down!!!!! This was the first time we’ve landed into this horrible place with much expectation especially this is in the Silicon and high tech area. Photos attached to see as evidence. Cockroach and tiny bugs crawling, broken bathroom door & lampshades, smoke alarm not installed. Must not pass safety and building permit requirements from the city or the condition must be reported to the city. To Hotels.com: I would recommend you should inspect the hotels before you accept them as member of your chain. We have trusted you for so long and we’re just so disappointed. We actually booked 4nights but decided to transfer to Holiday Inn Express on the 4th day, the hotel next to it, without any refund, as we were already so stressed going back to Super8. Hope you can take immediate action to this concern. We would like to request if you can consider refund of our stays and would recommend the condition of this place must be reported to the city for closure. Thanks

That was the worst hotel I have ever seen. It was filthy. I looked at the bathtub and you could tell it had not been cleaned in months. There was cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. There was a closet with a rod and no hangers. All the room was filthy. It was so bad that the sheets and the bedding look clean, but I was afraid to get under the sheets and they’d probably be bedbugs so it was the worst

Ok ,my wife & I booked a room thru you. The hotel was an extended stay. Elk Grove 2201portdock CT So apparently I guess the hotel doesn't have guest check in after 1100pm.Because when we arrived at 1137pm we couldn't get in to the lobby because the door is locked. We proceed to use the phone to find non human contact a message . Our cats were on that trip to Elk Grove and thay where sick so I was stressed I admit but it's all good the hotel really did look nice but I couldn't tell you how the staff was.Because thay where too busy to reach.if you guys want me to tell. You about my booking in April,it sucked . By

Room I checked in has no hot water. Even after changing the room no luck. Help desk said as people are using the water it might have consumed and I have to check next day. In addition to that room was dirty and noisy.

The hotel had more then human guest, soon as I walked in turned the lights on there was roaches on the floor the bed ceiling walls the shower did not work. I didn't even sleep I slept in my car not to mention my door looked like the cops just recently kicked it open bolts loose.i can say they do have good a/c and cable LMFAO EVEN local county jail living conditions is better than this establishment

OMG I ran AWAY the moment I got there! Where do I start? Check-in area run down though it was laundry room. Got a key to room the key Hilton tell on it lol! Walking to the room hallways are run down broken floors. I tried to open door the door was half broken felt like someone tried to break it there precisely I try to turn on the light lights do not work Had to go and plug a light in by the tv wow The room looked run down The counters are all old Counter in the bathroom looked there was mold growing on it @.@ I honestly did not safe there Cara outside parked with no wheels on it I did not want Tj sleep on that bed or even sit on it. I grabbed my stuff and checked out! And got my self another hotel. As I was leaving some guy brough a hooker to his room lol Wow this was the worst experience I had to think this is y the airport in San Jose.
