Hotel location absolutely ideal to explore the island. Added advantage that lift from lobby straight to avenues mall where there is a huge selection of food shops and other shops all very reasonably priced. Hotel pool and gym excellent. Even had a free laundry room with dryers only requiring purchase of detergents - what else can one ask for. Valet parking also available for those choosing to hire a vehicle - free car parking.

Poor Hotel staff services at the Hotel
Staff at check in and at Restaurant (breakfast) was untrained or new in their positions. No information given of the Hotel given during check-in, ONLY focused to secure my payment as fast as possible. Front desk did not inform us about breakfast times, Gym opening hours etc. unless I asked. At the breakfast next morning the 2 ladies worked in the early morning did not greet when arrived, claimed for breakfast Pay before I take my breakfast, not professional at all. Seems that Management Hotel policy are to secure payment as first priority without giving basic services. Hotel location, very good. However, myself and family wl not recommend this hotel, NOT worth the room price with poor staff services at the Hotel.

This is a gorgeous hotel and perfectly located with easy access to many parts of the city. Best of all, it is actually attached to the Avenues mall, so you can walk there for the cinema, many restaurants, coffee shops, and also a small grocery store.

What a view
An amazing hotel. Staff are super friendly, pool staff, house keeping and reception. Room was perfect, spacious clean and super comfy bed. View was totally amazing from all windows and pool. Pool was lovely, perfect temperature. We could only eat in the room during the day because of Ramadan, the buffalo wings were amazing. It's connected to the shopping centre that has a lovely walk way. Has a little shop for snacks. This was our favourite hotel out of four we stayed in.

The staff were friendly and check in was fast. The room was wide and comfortable. The toilet bidet was not clean. The next day they swiped the toilet floor with a towel that smelled very bad. The Avenues mall has a supermarket near the hotel. I wish they keep families in separate floors than solo travellers it would ve more convenient and more quite.

The stay at the hotel was very disappointing at all levels. House keeping bad, telephone at room does not work, wafer then walls actually paper then walls we hear every sound from both sides of the room, we had a suite and two bed rooms we asked if we can get late check out they assured us no problems yet next day when called to confirm the late check out another staff person said no. This means lack of coordination and communication between staff and no note was left in system which means no proper training. The list is long will stop here and will not stay at this establishment

We as a family booked one suite and two twin bedrooms went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. One funny thing is the first day they did not clean the room, when called and asked why I was told that I should have called or talked to the reception to do that, when I told the reception no body told us we need to call he just said sorry. When I went down to go out I passed by the reception to confirm our request of cleaning the room, the reply I got was will see if some body there to do that. Next bad experience was when I asked for late check out and told that it is totally fine as tomorrow we do not expect a rush so extended check out is no problem. The strange thing is that when I called the next morning about the late checkout the reply was we can extend for one our, my reply I need at least two hours and I was told westerly it should not be a problem. The total experience is a very bad one which ruined my wife birthday party and the fun and joy we should have.
