The lady with eyeglass is the so called on Duty Manager in front desk is very very poor attitude, it ruined our good image of our stay in this hotel, Hotel management should take it seriously, otherwise will destroy hotel images. Choeck out on 18th Nov morning.

Terrible staff.
No shuttle came to pick me up from airport, had to buy uber Instead and when I arrived to the hotel, the shuttle was parked right in front with no driver. I went to the front desk and the clerk an older black woman was very unapproachable, and did not explain why the shuttle did not come. She just simply didn't answer gave me my room key. Gave no receipt and the restaurant inside of the hotel no one was available to take my order to get something to eat and then proceeded to tell me he was in the bathroom and that I should be patient. Beautiful hotel terrible experience with staff.

Not worth the price
No hot water for the shower. The phone in my room did not work so I had to go down to the desk for anything. My heater didn’t start working until the middle of the night so I was freezing after taking a Luke warm shower. The hallway smelled like weed. There were holes in the walls near the elevator. Signs plastered and tapes all over the front desk so that the attendant didn’t have to talk but just point to the sign. I would never pay money to stay here again and am thinking about requesting a refund.

Stay somewhere else!
It was not very clean and need of upgrades and repairs. Shuttle driver refused to load or unload bags. Front desk was not friendly at all. I would recommend staying elseware.

Very poor experience all the way around.
We got to the hotel about 10:30 pm after arriving late at sea tac. My Wife and I with our 3 children all under 6 years of age. First impression when we pulled up was a parking lot with multiple cars running with people smoking marijuana in them. Front desk lady was dressed unprofessional with a sweater with weed leafs on it but she was nice. Finally get our room keys and we headed in the back door where the entire hallway all the way to the elevator smelt Like weed. We headed up to the 3rd floor where it smelt like drug smoke throughout the entire floor. Get into our room and there was black crumb stuff on the beds not sure what it was. Bathroom walls and floor were dirty sitting on the toilet for just a few minutes I had ants crawling up my leg. I was hesitant about staying after seeing what we were dealing with but we had been tracking for 8 hours already and had a 3 hour drive ahead of us to get home still so we decided to stay. We finally fell asleep around 11:30 and woke up at 6am to loud banging coming from the room below us. Then I received a call from the front desk telling us the people below us had complained that we were up all night and they would like to get some sleep. We were quiet all night as we were asleep. We left the room at around 6:30 am and left the room key on the counter. It has been 3 days since our stay at the hotel and we found head lice in my Oldest daughter’s hair this morning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and a refund would be nice

Really sucks but I was just here for 2 nights
Ceiling in hallway leaking badly, the ladies at the desk don’t smile, no “Do not disturb sign” I had to right it on a tissue since there was no pen nor writing pad, the whole place smells like weed. The Chinese place food sucks, actually the won to. Soup was good.

Highly recommend the suite with kitchenette!
Had an amazing stay in the suite! Very clean, cozy and comfortable! My only recommendation would be to defrost the freeze often because the food i had brought got frozen in the refrigerator with in a hour lol but other than that it was perfect! Ladies at the front desk very helpful and friendly!

Our stay
We checked for 2 days had 4 people the room only had 3 towels. Couldn't get another towel from house keeping. Had to go to front desk. When we checked in the employee at the front desk was rude to my husband because he needed to use the bathroom. The building stinks. Our keys didn't work. Our phone in the room didn't work. When i had to request a cot the guy that dropped it off said rudely that he didn't understand why we needed one when we had a king size bed and a hideaway couch.. Overall Im glad we only needed a spot to sleep. The rooms also didn't have screens on the windows which is a hazard.
