My second stay at this hotel, for two nights, was problematic. The first night's broken and noisy AC, despite a repair attempt and a loud fan provided as a substitute, led to a poor sleep. While the AC was fixed for the second night, improving my comfort, the check-out experience was unacceptable. A dog at the reception desk, handled by staff during service, caused me severe allergic discomfort and appeared unprofessional. For the significant cost, I truly hope to see improvements in both facilities and service.
