First room I was offered smelled like old wet socks and had larve eggs and knats all over the toilet.
Second room had a odor as well and overall it was prob the worst hotel I've ever had to stay at.

Hotel of Shame
I didn't have a tv there was no refrigerator in the room. Nor did da stove yhat worked. My wife and i left to site see and do some shopping, when we got back someone had been in our room and a cpl of items were missing. When i complained to the front desk i was told they have cameras, maybe it was house keeping and blew off after that. That place is the worse Extended Stay I've ever been in

Terrible service by owner!!
Terrible service! And he charged me a $50 deposit which is fine but I was not told about it. And now it is a finalized charge on my card not pending so I have to call and argue with a man who is completely rude and I seriously don't want to deal with that man any more than I have to. Which is why he did it bc he knows he can get away with it! He tried to make me think he didn't have a room available. Any time I tried to speak he would reply with "are you gonna let me talk" even when he hadn't even spoken in the last 10 minutes! Luckily I had my son's dad with me to deal with him bc he wouldn't communicate with me at all. I am seriously mad about my $50 tho! Not looking forward to calling him, so much so that I want to just pay the $50 not to have to deal with that guy again which is exactly what he wants!

When i got to the room. The door stuck you had to use your shoulder to open it. Not enough light in the room. TV was missing Remote was there but no tv. Went to call the front desk and land line was not working. Told the front desk worker Friday night about issues. She said maintenance would fix them on Saturday. Went to take a shower only no hot water barely luke warm. Breakfast was only plain oatmeal and coffee or hot chocolate. Came back that night still no TV and phone not working. Woken up at 430 am by either someone in the parking lot or next door playing really loud bass lasted till i left at 7 am. Sunday front desk person took down my comments and did apologize they were fully booked and maintenance doesn't work on the weekends. The whole time i stayed my room was never cleaned. Was almost out of toliet paper and the front desk said they were out waiting on a shipment. I will not be back.

They didn’t have the two rooms I booked in advance ready and said that they thought I’d made two reservations by mistake even though it was for 2 rooms, 4 adults when I booked it. The doors were broken, there was to toilet paper in either room and they claimed to have none in the office or store room. Keys kept deactivating and would not open the doors. Furniture was missing or broken in one room. The noise was constant each night. There are also a lot of fees they don’t tell you about in their advertisements. Just not a great experience unfortunately.

The worst interior and it's near the woodlands?!!
Channa is the best receptionist I've come across. Excellent customer service received. HOWEVER the condition of the room made me turn around and leave immediately. Roaches everywhere, cabinet boxes in horrible conditions and moldy. I was so shocked and appalled by the interior conditions I couldn't believe this was a hotel here in America. I will never stay or recommend this spot.

First of all, the property was close to my destination….only 5 minutes away. My room was ready when I arrived at 7:15 AM . I’d worked a night shift and needed to sleep for my shift the same night. I live an hour away and with traffic it’s exhausting after working all night. It was fairly quiet for my sleep for the most part.
Negatives: I was greeted by someone with a huge dog in the “lobby”. Gross… #2 I was charged an early check in fee of $50, an incidental fee of $50, plus I’d gotten an internet deal for $25. Total $125 could’ve gone to MARRIOT down the street. But it was only one night. Surely I could bare it. However, it would’ve been cheaper if I’d just paid for the night before instead of the extra fees. The property from the elevator to the room and everything in between wreaked of nastiness. The elevator STUNK to no end. The carpet /rug was filthy. The room door was not appropriately sealed (sunlight through all the crevices). The room smelled horrible also. I was coughing the entire time during my nap. The bed was squeaky. The floor hadn’t been swept properly. There was dust and trash behind the nightstand. The shower was dirty. And there were some type of small black bugs crawling in the toilet and sink. Will NOT be back. $25? You get what you pay for.
