Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Hotel in very poor condition
For the charge we paid, the hotel was outrageous. There was long hair everywhere on the floor, in the room, bathroom, floor was very dirty (my soles were black within a minute of walking barefoot on the hardwood floor!). Paint was peeling in the bathroom. Hotel staff in the breakfast area did not speak English at all. They could have had at least one person that could? I have not had such a poor stay at paid accommodation.

Quality can be better
I do not understand why the breakfast times are different for weekdays and weekends. On weekends, it starts late by one hour. The room was average. Two lamps to serve 90% of the room. It felt dark most of the time. No AC/heater. Bed comfort was below average. Breakfast was good. Spa center was awesome. Housekeeping service was great. With over $150 bucks a night, I expect better.
