This was the ideal stay. I had a work trip that had me in town for no longer than two days and this hotel hit the mark. The room was clean, it was quiet and the beds were comfortable. There’s not much more I can ask for. The only thing that was a bit sketchy is the doorway you walk through between the hotel and parking garage. It’s old and spooky, but nothing terrible.

A nice comfortable stay with great service from the staff in the restaurant, bar in particular. Good quick check-in. The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. Room safe, 24/7 guest laundry, fridge. Good powerpoint locations. Good wifi. Bed was comfortable, room quiet and a great sleep. Only minor issue, the shower takes a while for hot water. Definitely stay again!

Had excellent room on 6th floor (pool level, laundry, gym, etc). Only thing i'd complain about is the water pressure on shower heads. I hate low pressure, but I know they probably leave the water savers in the shower heads intentionally. Parking was great and easy. 15 min from UCSF
