Overnight stay
At first I was given a room that was very untidy and stank of tobacco. She immediately gave me another room that was pleasing.

I did booking online and i paid USD.30.00 at shanghai airport reservation desk.
When i got the hotel the receptionist cheated me saying that no online resavation made me to pay USD.30.00 in cash.I had leave the hotel following day morning and same day my visa was charges with another USD.30.
Please dont cheat people like this.
Thank you

The place is pretty close to the airport, maybe 10 minutes by taxi. The hotel was pretty hidden among stores and restaurants. Overall the inside wasn't so bad (it was clean), the only bad thing is that the walls are so thin you can hear everything outside.

The hotel was nice. It was clean and modern just like the pictures. Its not luxurious but great for the price. The shuttle is difficult to get from the airport. It doesn’t pick up from the same place as the ones from expensive hotels and it’s almost impossible to coordinate, particularly if you don’t speak Chinese and difficult if you do. And apparently you have to walk a long way to get a Didi. So after about 1/2 hour of trying to figure it out I just took a taxi. There seemed to be some kind of surcharge for leaving the airport so the taxi was about 50 RMB which I think is about as cheap as you can get it. I took the shuttle to get back to the airport as I was on a long layover and that was funny too. There was no room on the bus for luggage and I had a lot so I had to cram it up by the driver. Everybody took it in stride though and we were on our way. Just don’t expect any help with the luggage. Some of the staff does speak English which was helpful.

Great value
At this price, I expected a run-down establishment, but was pleasantly surprised. Room was small but clean, and staff were incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend for those on a long layover in pudong.

You get what you pay for
Decent for the price, but don't expect any frills. Photos are fairly misleading. No door to the bathroom or shower area, so no privacy. Some mystery stains on the curtains and bed frame, and mold in the shower area. Shuttle bus was way too crowded. The hotel itself is very far from any transit station (6-7 km at a minimum), so taxiing is a must, but the hotel staff doesn't speak English, so good luck trying to arrange that without DiDi. Would only recommend for a night stay prior to a flight.

10 hour layover in Shanghai, just what I needed
Passing through Shanghai on an overnight flight transfer. Room was exactly what I needed for 12 hours - hot shower and comfortable bed. No frills experience. Hotel has free shuttle bus to/from airport (which can be difficult to arrange if you don’t speak Chinese). For the price, this will be my go to every time I have a layover one shanghai
