    " I appreciated the hotel’s excellent location and overall service quality. However, the room make-up service did not meet expectations — some areas could be improved. For example, the used tissue box was not replaced, the toilet floor mat was not changed, and the toilet floor was not vacuumed during room cleaning. I believe a bit more attention to these details would greatly improve the guest experience. Thanks"
