Lifts were an issue as we had to wait at least 4nto 5 mins for a lift to go down and tge pool area on level 51 was beautiful but packed at all times and the water was a litle cloudy. Beautiful room but service was horrible. Meant to be luxury hotel but no one offered to take our bags, room service was cash only (?!), they demand a room inspection before you leave even though you put down a deposit. Hotel lobby was chaos and doesn't give the atmosphere of 5 stars, the lifts are really slow.
