"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our balcony was great. Good location for the Danube. Mini spa and massage excellent. We will come here again"
"We've had a great stay. The rooms were large and spacious. The beds were comfy and the air con was nice and cool.
Very close and central to everything you'd want to visit being in Budapest. The staff were friendly throughout.
Breakfast was standard fare for buffet breakfast.
A couple of niggles were the uht milk in the hotel room one was off and that wasn't pleasant. But we ask for replacements and received them. Also my partner requested hair conditioner could be brought up as the water is hard and needed this after a shower. It did take 3 calls to reception over a 45 minute period, in the end reception brought it up. We requested a late checkout before we arrived but our cards weren't working and we had to reactivate at reception. All minor things. The hotel is very beautiful and the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby was very welcome. "
"A very comfortable Four Star hotel with excellent facilities and staff who can’t do enough for you and always with a smile. I would not hesitate to recommend."
"Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, close to many shopping and dining options. Walking distance from to St. Stephen's Basilica and other attractions in the area. We used Hop-on-Hop off bus to reach other attractions within a walking distance from the hotel. "
