"Very disappointed with the additional fee’s that were charged on a nightly basis and the failure of the staff to properly explain them. We were told we had a daily credit to use at the hotel and it was a use it or lose it. What they failed to tell you was there is a daily fee that would otherwise offset that credit. So you end buying meals or drinks to use your credit only to find those were all full charges. We’re already paying good money to stay here for a week no need to try to get a couple more hundred dollars out of me "
