"Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow.
There is a mini fridge if that is something you need!

Brilliant location for exploring Bilbao, lots of bars and shops nearby and a short walk to the river. No air con but fans provided in the room and they were more than adequate. Would recommend. "

In the heart of the old town and literally half a block from the the Plaza Nueva where all the Pintxo bars are located and you can eat and have wine and people watch. "
