"If you are planning a trip to Niagara Falls, then this is by far the perfect location, along with the most friendly accommodating staff from the valet to the people that greet you as soon as you walk in the door to the elevator attenders to make sure the flow of traffic is smooth. The customer service is the best we have ever encountered! I had read reviews that people complained about the long lines for the free breakfast- the solution is get up early or go pay for your own breakfast! There were also complaints about the cost of valet, but you have a choice to park further away and pay a lot less, but if you’re on vacation, live it up and pay the extra to have your car parked! The room was super clean, beautiful and comfortable as we upgraded to the presidential suite and was worth every penny! You only live once!"
