Could hear multiple rooms around me, the heater/fan made so much noise. The room smelt of whoever stayed there last, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly as there was dried up soap residue in the bathtub.
The shuttle information was very unclear and ended up waiting 40+ minutes and must have made 12 calls to both front desk and shuttle driver with no one answering. Not the best place I’ve stayed at..

Reservation Dishonoured without Prior Notice
Arriving with reservation as expected about 1:30 a.m. from a scheduled flight on time, we were greeted with the news there was no available room. Hotel had booked another hotel for us about 10 miles away but the room must have been available when they authorized my credit card over 12 hours earlier. The obvious is they gave the room to someone else. Have stayed here many times before; now I know my value to this hotel.
